IQVIA (formerly Quintiles IMS) created their Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) tool to bring their international sales onto a single platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

IQVIA had purchased 3 companies and sought to combine the relative strengths of each into a single application. I was brought on halfway through to work with the product owners to determine how the featurs from each would work together and be improved upon in the new environment.

I mentored the junior designers who had laid the foundation of the application on balancing platform constraints and branding standards and worked with the Ukrainian development team for quality assurance for new system components.
